Most fitness apps do not emphasis CrossFit as the main form of fitness.
Most CrossFit apps do not include fitness goals, nutrition, sleep tracking etc. I also do not see an app that would include your box workouts and integrate those into your fitness journey.

Goal

Create an app that integrates CrossFit workouts, track and manage your CrossFit goals, nutrition and sleep, and nutrition goals, while also integrating your gym's workouts.

Branding

The definition of "shepherd" means to guide or direct in a
particular direction. We want to direct and guide our lives, fit for service. The shepherd's hook is an obvious choice for an icon for our fitness app. It also helps that the shepherd's hook looks like an "S."

User Personas are crucial in understanding and representing the diverse needs, goals, and behaviors of our target audience, ensuring that the product is tailored to meet real user expectations. By embodying user data into relatable characters, personas guide design decisions, prioritize features, and foster empathy among the design team, leading to more user-centered and effective solutions.
